By accessing this website or engaging Phycobo SMC Private Limited ("Phycobo," "we," "us," or "our") for a Position Audit, research, or advisory engagement, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Nature of Services
Phycobo SMC Private Limited is a market position intelligence consultancy. We provide Position Audits, market research, and strategic advisory services to short-term rental operators, property management companies, and real estate investment firms. Our services are advisory in nature and are intended to inform, not replace, our clients' own business and investment decisions.
Engagements are scoped on a project basis. The specific deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are confirmed directly with the client prior to commencement of work.
2. Public-Information Research
Phycobo publishes independent Position Audits and research using publicly available information about companies, markets, and properties. This published content reflects our independent analysis and professional opinion, formed using our proprietary 120-point Position Score framework. It is not commissioned, endorsed, or reviewed by the companies discussed, and does not constitute a statement of fact about any company's internal operations, finances, or strategy beyond what is publicly observable.
If you believe published content about your company contains a factual inaccuracy, please contact us so we can review and correct it where appropriate.
3. No Outcome Guarantee
Position Audits, research reports, recommendations, and strategic guidance are provided for informational and advisory purposes. Phycobo does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, lead generation results, market share growth, or commercial performance. Results depend on a wide range of factors outside our control, including market conditions, execution, and decisions made by the client. Any case studies, examples, or illustrative figures referenced in our materials are not a promise or guarantee of similar results for any other business.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including audits, research papers, the Position Score framework and methodology, written copy, design, and visual assets, is the property of Phycobo SMC Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
Deliverables prepared for a specific client engagement (such as a private audit or repositioning report) are licensed to that client for their internal business use upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Phycobo retains ownership of its underlying methodology, frameworks, and any proprietary tools used to produce the deliverable.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for our services is arranged directly with you and conducted via Wise or wire transfer, depending on transaction size and client preference. We do not embed payment forms, checkout systems, or payment links on our website — payments are processed externally through Wise or your bank, and we do not collect or store your card or banking credentials on our own systems. Invoicing details, currency, and payment schedule are confirmed as part of each engagement before work begins.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances of the engagement, the stage of work completed, and the specifics of the situation. To request a refund, please contact us directly to discuss your engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phycobo SMC Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Phycobo for that specific engagement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
