Our request forms are processed using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit a form on our site, your information is transmitted to and processed by Formspree on our behalf, in accordance with their own privacy practices.

Payment for our services is arranged directly with you and conducted via Wise or wire transfer, depending on transaction size and client preference. We do not embed payment forms, checkout systems, or payment links on our website — payments are processed externally through Wise or your bank, and we do not collect or store your card or banking credentials on our own systems.

5. Data Retention

We retain the information you provide for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
